LFR Опорный каток

Профилированные опорные катки LFR без заполняющих прорезей используются для направления кареток и поддержки усилий. Эти двухрядные радиально-упорные шарикоподшипники имеют наружное кольцо с дорожкой качения готического арочного профиля, уплотнения с обеих сторон и смазку на весь срок службы. Благодаря толстостенному наружному кольцу они могут воспринимать осевые нагрузки с обеих сторон и высокие радиальные усилия. Две точки контакта между профилем паза готической арки и направляющей. Класс точности P6 ISO492/DIN620. Радиальное и осевое биение менее 0,02 мм. Радиальный зазор подшипника приближается к классу CN.

Особенность и преимущество:

  • Внутреннее и наружное кольца: выберите сверхчистую подшипниковую сталь (один и тот же поставщик SKF и FAG). Разновидность сталелитейного завода: Xingcheng Сталь, Xinye Сталь, Bao Сталь.
  • Стальные шарики: высокая точность и низкий уровень шума. Стальной шарик класса G10 или G5
  • Стандартная смазка: Kyodo Yushi Multemp SRL или Kluberplex BEM 34-132 или SINOPEC 7014 Авиационная смазка
  • Уплотнительные решения: высококачественные экраны и уплотнения изготовлены из японского материала.
  • Решения для термообработки: печь для закалки бейнита Austria Aichelin
  • Допуск на размеры: P6 (ABEC-3) или P5 (ABEC-5) (стандартный продукт относится к нормальному классу 0)
  • Биение: P6 или P5 (стандартный продукт с обычным классом 0)

Инспекционный центр

Специальное производственное оборудование C&H для машин и средств контроля обеспечивает точность угла профиля подшипников, поэтому подшипник и гусеница могут быть хорошо согласованы.
